According to the same place from a different post,

Michel Gourlier a été actif des années 50 à la fin des années 80. Ses données de vie sont inconnues. On dit qu'il a détruit ses dessins en fin de vie.

Bonus round: the post that made me look it up contains a comment from a person, claiming that one of the drawings is dedicated to him and is from 17th of December, 1977. With all due respect, god I wish that were me. And I wonder which one
