The duality

I love how the way people talk about the drawings of the two prominent (shota) artists of French YA literature kinda resembles their styles. I don't quite know how to describe it, I just Feel It in my Bones.
Like, if you remember how I talk about Joubert's drawings (and how I saw others talk about them) and then look at the drawings themselves, maybe it will be easy to grasp what I'm talking about. Like, his drawings are bold, on spot, easy to make the details out. When something is ehehe gay on them, it's ehehe gay 
Gourlier however... as soft and vague his drawings are, the descriptions of them are just as soft and vague. And both, despite of their, well, softness and vagueness, have a clear message for us: ehehe gay
