Like this can be considered an exception but it kinda cannot be cause like, the clothes don't do that "imma follow the outline of the BOOB" thing, no, they kinda like... as they should be? also nice widowmaker reference there
Oh and speaking of widowmaker, this one drawing can be considered a good example of a sexy woman that isn't... I don't know, oversexualized? I mean, look at her, she is hot, she is probably one of those ladies who seduce their victims but like, as seductive as she is, AT LEAST SHE DOESN'T HAVE BOOB WINDOW AND HER SKIN ISN'T STICKING OUT, UNLIKE THAT OF AN OTHER BLUE ASSASSIN LADY MENTIONED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PARAGRAPH. Oh and if we keep talking about the dress, kudos to Joubert for not making it stick to the crotch (cause sometimes that happens as well on similar drawings), but rather just be as tight dresses are supposed to be.
And something other that is worth mentioning is what's in the center of the attention of the drawing. It's mostly her face, or, if you flex really hard, the dude on the background, but certainly not her tits.

And one more thing, here are some examples of girls with minimal to no boobs. One of my least favorite arguments for oversexualizing is that somehow girls with small boobs are anti-feminist cause they completely ignore the presence of girls with big boobs??? (BUT STILL, YOU CAN DRAW GIRLS WITH HUMONGOUS HONKALONKALOOS WITHOUT SEXUALIZING THEM!!! IT IS POSSIBLE! SEE MY ABOVE COMMENT) Or something like that, idk, I will look this one up for direct examples, but like, look at those girls. Even if you flex really really hard, you can't mistake them for boys. Even those on the second example who are wearing pants. Like, you just can't. And yet, they have... like, realistic bodies. Like you can't expect for girls aged 10-14 to have huge ass badonkers and Joubert knew it pretty well.
So kudos for him for doing girls properly.

All right, I have found the true exceptions, his playing card girls. In those good ole "how do those clothes even stay ON? Are there GLUED there with TWO-SIDED TAPES?" outfits. But yeah, are we gonna disregard all those properly drawn girls with clothes did in the natural regular way because of these four? (okay maybe five cause the queen of hearts is supposed to go here as well) I think the fuck not.
